TÜV (technical inspection)- und ASU (exhaust fumes test)-seals

In the following some examples of TÜV (technical inspection)- und ASU (exhaust fumes test)-seals. The TÜV-seals are put on the rear plate and the ASU-seals are on the front plate. Technical inspection is to be done every two years or three years for new cars. Exhaust fumes test are also be done every two years. ASU seals are not in use anymore since 2010.

The seal shows the year of the next inspection and the month of the next inspection is the month which is turned on top.
